Not starting, no dash lights

Howdy, car aint startin, no dash lights come on when turned to iginition whatsoever and the fuel pump doesn't make any noise (normally can here it prime up). The engine cranks over fine, but won't start. Battery is a good 12v, 11 when cranking. Any clues? I'm stumped.

is there a immoboliser on the car? ( possibly disabled that might of re-enabled itself )

Nah got it sussed though, turns out the black plug thats on the back of the igniton barrel was loose and a few of the terminals weren't making contact, which in turn wasn't feeding the dash instruments or fuel pump
