im looking for a bloke on this forum who has a white vp commodore. it has an ss front end and he custom made a fiber glass moulding of his fog lamp bezzle and made it in to removable cold air intake from the front bumper to the airbox. does any one know of this or the thred im talking about? thanks.

but i dont drive a VP SS
well mine wasn't MADE to be removable, but it is easy to remove
oh and i have a VP senator kit on my car

That would be me.....the car is owned by my dad now but the cai is all good still this is the thread vp ss front bar Imade a fibreglass copy of the bezels and glassed a scoop on the inside with a flange to fit the flexible coupling on to....still have the moulds...originally I was going to make it just butt up to the plastic bezel but it was too hard so I made a complete unit and i used a vn/p/r intake elbow and rubber flexible connectors and put a 85mm hole through the bottom of the airbox and mounted another flange like the one on the airbox inside the wheel arch for the flexible coupling to attach to so it looked factory and used original parts apart from the scoop.
