checkin out a vq, wot 2 look 4?

goin 2 check out a vq statesman 5L 2moro...anything in particualr i should look out for and check?

rust under mouldings at the back windows, battery tray and spare wheel ,all electrics are working as they are common for wiring problems, cracks in k frame on the rear IRS

make sure the rear main seal isnt leaking, no other leaks like trans, steering etc. yeh like vq rat said, make sure all electrics are all still working cos its a 15+ yr old car and rust behind the rear garnish, my vq was starting to develop rust behind there where the screw holes are... umm and the boot leak, not too hard to fix though, cant think of much else

well i checked her out and its clean as! only one owner, an old couple.. no rust at all, no dints or scratches. the old lady drove it around 4 ages and never put any oil in it and the engine blew. sooo its had a fresh brand new 5L put in bit under 40 000ks ago! new radiator also.. all receits for the work comes with it and the engine is still under warranty.. took it 4 a spin and it drives smooth as!
gettin it for $4000... gona go pick it up friday, cant wait!
