Hey, with my VQ I've been having issues with the rear brakes lately. At first when braking from speeds of around 100 with firm braking, the rear end would just shudder fairly bad. But now when the car is going very slowly and coming to a stop, it feels like the brakes are slipping or something, and it clunks a fair bit in the process. Does anyone know what would cause this? Would it just be the rear rotors be undersized or something and need replacing?
Tim
It's possible the rear rotors are warped, or your pads are unevenly worn. Best bet is to take them off and have a lookA good visual inspection will usually reveal anything out of the ordinary.
