Crank anlge sensor

I'm trying to change my CAS. got the balancer off (finally) and behind that theres a plastic cover over the cas. how do i get it off without breaking it?

had the same prob a few months back, there mongrels of things, mine used to cut out so i kept a bottle of water on hand and wet the CAS, and it started strait away, unsure about removing it as i cracked the plastic, so that was enough for me to put it in the shop.
