Default Servo Pistons jammed :( (automatic transmission)

yo, so today i installed my corvette servo, did a service on the trans at the same time, changed filter, oil pan gasket & servo anyway took it for a test drive,

it was all good first run, it shifted really hard and the box was tight, stopped to do it again, and it didnt change gear, just went like it missed the gear, (wouldnt change) anyway so i limped it home got under and there's oil EVERYWHERE

looked closer and the circle clip (sirclip?) had popped out, so i tried resealing it, noticing one side wasnt sealking properly,

so i took the 4th gear piston out and tried to remove the other pistons, they are jammed tight

obviously the pressure has munted something up, what should i do?

got a crane so removing the engine + trans isnt a issue but if i dont have to, then i wont

but yeah, it was slip-tastic on the way home

i just hope the pin isnt bent and the pressures just caused it to jam not burring the sideways of the piston housing too much.. (ie fixable)

what should i do tho :S

took another look, 1st gear servo isnt jammed, only 2nd gear, they'res a rubber oring which is on there, the pin dosnt look bent, if i can unjam it i may have a hope of fixing it

EDIT: cant dislodge the piston due to the space restrictions, looks like im going to have to pull the trans out for this one

    got a spare $1500??? i know i dont

well id rather not remove the transmission but if i haveto, ill get it out and get a clean go at the servo, belt it with a hammer a few times, check for scoring and if it is replace the trans

well... bit of pursuasion with a big crow bar and hammer the pistons back to where its supposed to be (sitting flush with the 1st gear piston) still jammed but im hoping that its just caught on a burr on the side wall, so ill reassemble and hope the pressure of that gets put on the servo pistons will unlock it and start sliding again

i'll second that. might pay to actaully strip it again and see what the actual damage is in there

chances are it's going to come back and bite you on the ass at the worst possible moment

worst thing it can do is drop a metal shaving into an orofice and block that fluid passage and run something dry... but thats what filters are for right?

i thought all hsv upgrades got the upgraded slushbox with the bigger servos?

as far as i know not the 180kw ones, it was a standard servo,

anyway, i did pull it apart again and check, they'res no rear damage, it just got jammed

i drove it 600km in the last 2 days without a single issue, shifts hard and havnt had it slip even once on me
