Help with the VQ please.

Ok a quick rundown,converter bolt came off smashed drive plate and starter.Got it all fixed but on start up i now have a bad miss.Plugs Ok leads OK,vacume lines OK.I run straight gas with fuel pumps disconected.On start up we had a massive air/vacume leak from one of the injectors.I fixed that tonight as we thought that was the prob but nup,still a miss.When Ypiece was removed a bolt was broken off the RH exhaust manifold(extractor style).Manifold was removed and bolt replaced.WTF has happened?Could the manifold gasket be on wrong?HELP

All done had a crook plug after all,now screams again.
