VN s1 auto gearbox same as VP s2

Can any one tell me if a vn series 1 auto gearbox is the same as a vp series 2? Is there any difference between sedan and wagon boxes? Thanks.

If anyone has a good vp series 2 box at the right price,(in Brisbane) then I'm looking.
