    hi.
front ones are 4 bolts from memory.
look under the car and you can see 2 arms comming from the bumper, undo the front ones and i think you just loosen the rear ones as these slide in. then just go to the front and pull forward..
be careful when putting back on to make sure you line up the guides(plips) on each side.
    hope that helps

    G'day lord_davros,

How does one prevent the side clips from breaking? I need to remove a friend's bumper and so don't want to break these.

    Thanks,

    Mitch

Just slide the bumper straight forward. Don't worry, they usually won't break that easily

    To remove front bumper:
    1) Undo three screws holding the grill in place
    2) Remove grill and feel along the back of the reo bar (big black metal bar)
    3) There should be 2 bolts just before each headlight. undo and remove.
    4) Looking under the car there is a bolt either side (right near the battery tray on the passengers side)
    5) with all 4 bolts removed, go to the wheel arch with a RUBBER mallot and gently tap the bumper until it unclips. The clip is pretty stong, as i can kick my bumper off when the bolts are out.

    To remove rear bumper:
    1) In the boot there are 2 (13mm??) bolts located just above the boot carpet, kinda under the boot lock/striker
    2) Undo these, then using a flat head screwdriver prise off the lense for the number plate, undo the wiring.
    3) as before use a rubber mallot to get the rear bar off, if needed.
