B & M Shifter In Vn

Hey guys how hard is it to put a B & M shifter in my vn ss i have purchased the B & M Pro Ratchet?

I now have a stage III trans rebuilt & 2500 stall,

just wondering how much some guys have paid to get the shifter installed,pics and info would be appreciated.

I would like to get this done asap.

i have included 2 designs i have thought about 1 being the statesman matts car,the other a vn with no consol setup,which i was thinking about tho cant run air con vents and i have a drama with carpet,cig light,elec window switches?

how much it will cost depends on where you take it really... mine was about 3 hours worth of work, and it's still not quite 100%...

you needa modify the shifter plate slightly (the rivetted in piece thinngie) - to make ita nice flush surface to mount to. I also welded a bit extra onto mine so the shifter could sit nicely and be mounted solidly (you don't want it coming out of the ground when you get excited )

You could also get fancy and modify that plate a bit more and actually recess the shifter body underneath the stock console - so it all looks pretty factory.
