replacing exhaust mounts?

gday. as the title suggests, how do i remove the middle exhaust mount and replace it? do i have to cut it or something to get it off, or is there a bit of a trick to gettin it off? thanks.

do you mean you want to replace the rubber hangers and o-rings, because they will just come out with a bit of force, i've had to do it myself.
