you probably just didnt conect up the speedo sender wire up properly... the tacho i dont get as its not part of the trans loom.
aZk.
yeh ive tried changing senders and everything over to ones that work and doesnt seem to do anything... also forgot to mention its a Vp calais

check for error codes, theres a thread around somewhere. think maybe at top of VN/P section.
also, might want to check that the ECU has a memcal in it seeing you changed it. or just try the old ECU (auto tunes are ment to run fine with manual)
hey ive checked for the error codes from the ecu and its showing 12 so its all clear... also tried the auto ecu and still dont have either the tacho or speedo... really lost to what the problem is

if the light is on all the time then its in "limp home" mode meaning something is wrong. odd that it shows code 12![]()
ive solved the dash light problem... my instrument cluster was rooted... still have an issue with the speedo its still not working...

I did my conversion just over a month ago, the speedo worked for the first 10 or so minutes i drived it then stoped working. it diddnt really bother me that much, but then all of a sudden about 2 weeks later it started working again and has been going strong with no problems since, just touch wood that it dosent stop working again.
Have you tried using another wiring harness?
Could be a dodedgy connection somewhere, clean all the contacts with some electrical co-contact cleaner and see if that works as well
