Default Removing the panel to check ECU

I cant seem to remove the underpanel near the glove box to check my ECU
When i look under there, there is 2 wire boxes like in the pictures on the right side sticking through the panel a bit and I tried putting a clip in the white/black parts and that didnt work, So i was wondering how u remove this panel w/o smashing it, ive only found 1 screw and removing it doesnt help..

You dont need to remove the panel to check codes, the plug is just hanging down near there. But the panel just falls out once you can figure out how to unclip it from the door scuff thing :P
