Vp Door Lock Out

I had to switch the ignition disable off (in passenger door) because my key battery was flat, I then locked the doors. I now can only open the drivers door with key, all passenger doors are dead locked, how can I open passenger door to turn ignition disable back on.

edit - went and tried that..doesnt work. sorry...but when i open my drivers door with the key when its deadlocked...all doors open. don't all yours open?

Try this, with driver door unlocked disconect battery and try to open passenger door with key or lifting button. Turn on immobiliser then reconnect battery.
If this fails ring Mongoose.

dont all your doors open when you unlock it from the drivers door? as mine do. find it weird that yours don't

i had this problem in my vp ages ago!!

i tried heaps of stuff - changing central locking module, etc...

could be the microswitch for the door unlock trigger on the driver's door?

I ended up cracking the sh!ts, ripping off all the door trims, and cutting out the central locking solenoids

the rear door lock on the drivers side has a mind of its own, at the moment, its stuck in the locked position, been like that for 2 weeks. normally it will unlock but not with central locking. Sucks right now cant do anything with it.

lol same as mine, altho mine gets worse as if i unlock my door sometimes the passenger doors unlock then dont lock when i lock drivers door so i gotta always check to be sure im not leaving it half unlocked.
i also worked out the other day the VP's have remote locking, wel my exec does, but it seems pretty useless at the moment as i got a new battery and still it only triggers if im already in the car or the remote is up against the left side of the drivers footwell, any ideas on how to fix the bad signal.

i have the exact same problem thus the reason my car hasnt been locked for about 1 year if i lock it im never guarenteed that it will open one time it took 2 day to open on its own.....took it to a auto electrican and they reckon they have never seen anything like this before. i cant even unlock the door manually by pulling them up they dont budge!!!!! anyone knwo whats going on??

my vp has reear doors that wont unlock by the central. If i use the key to lock the drivrers side door the whole car deadlocks. The key lockss and unlocks every thing from the passenger door. I hope this is the last model holden ever used this central locking system on
