gidday, i have a vp auto v6,ive got hold of a vr auto with harness and computer
will this go in without any probs.?

Firstly you will not get the car to run at all as the VR ECU has a factory immobeliser that works together with the BCM. Your would have to get the Security check function deleted from the VR ECU to get the car to start.

Secondly you will have a few problems as the VR engine is different to the VP engine (higher compression) thus your car would run pretty bad. - You would have to get the VR ECU custom tuned to suite the VP engine.
