    Question VN Calais, Sticky Gauges??

    I have just got my VN Calais on the road and every time you start or drive it the tacho and speedo gauges don't automatically work, you either have to tap on the dash or when you hit a bump the flick up, the fuel and temp gauges are fine, the cluster was reconditioned 3 years ago, could it be something simple like the needles getting stuck, any advice would be great.

    Your problem is dry soldier joins...

    There is a guide on this site on how to fix the fuel which is very similar to the speedo and tacho.
