VP 5litre running bad, dead fuel pump?
Just started up my vp v8 this morning and chugged all the way to work, felt like it was running outta fuel, took it straight to the mechanic and he tested the fuel pressure, it was going up and down and seemed low.
We removed the vac line from the fuel reg and it was the same.
Would the problem be the fuel pump or the actual fuel reg? I drove it 3km to work and couldnt get over 60km/h, when i revved it it died, had to accelerate slowly.

ive got a new genuine high pressure pump that i dont need anymore... best find out which pump it is tho its most likely the internal one with a blocked filter
yeah i just got my old pump outta my vr v6 and it will get put in tomorrow so hoping it will fix it.
was fuel pump all fixed now and running good again.
