    Default VN HSV +6 issue

When i get in the car at night, and turn the ignition on, the dash or the leds where the gears are don't light up, making it impossible and illegal to drive at night. Any suggestions on a solution or take it straight to an auto elec?

I would suggest you check all the fuses underneath the dashboard. Chances are, one of them has blown, and taken out your interior dash illumination.

Yep, I would also check them with a fuse checking light, otherwise you may think one is ok, but its not. I did this once, check the fuse for somthing and it looked fine, went to auto electrician and he found it was a fuse, the one I already checked, it still cost me like $30, ripped off, so go and get a little cheapo fuse checking device light and check them all.
