Hey ppl i got a big project going wit ma car.. its a vn s pac an im gonna convert da whole inside 2 a calais wit all da electrics.. i need 2 find a vn calais or a vq statesman.. i need da loom..if anyone knows sum1 who is selling a smashed up vn calais or vq statesman could they please let me kno?? u can giv me a call on 0422 850 646.. thanx alot!!

err your post is a bit hard to read, why dont you just buy a VN calais? their cheap enough now.

yea i would of but its a project i want 2 do. if i didnt want 2 do it i would of got a calais but doin this **** is good 2 learn about how it is in da car an it will b helpful koz if 1 day u need 2 rip it apart u hav an idea of wot its like

i was gunna do the same thing, but once i saw how much work it really was and for only a small result , stuff that, heaps of work

I would suggest that firstly you get a comprehensive service manual complete with the wiring diagram for a Calais.

Then go to TAFE/ Night School and learn English so you can read it. You appear to have a different language as your first.

the thing that worries me most of all is i can read it LOL (teenage daughters)
i have done a similar job on my ute,its easy enough just make sure to lable all the plugs and where they go ie the modules ect,i would suggest that you remove the donor lume and dash pad ya self,even take a few piccies wouldnt hurt there is a thread in here that deals with the windows,i used a vx ute window switch in the ute coz they where cheaper and the surround fitted the hole a bit better,and i fitted relays as well.

-carsales.com.au i doubt it, but anything is worth a shot
