    is there a way to test that the fan in my v6 is working ?????????

    Hey Slayer,
    If you remove the cover under the glovebox i think the power feed wires for the A/C fan are up the top fairly large 5mm i think,blue & yellow from memory, put a test light across them and operate the switch you should'nt notice a great difference in the brightness of the globe,is you car fitted with climate control? hope for you sake its a switch or relay.

    Another quick an easy test is

    Turn on the air con when driving (probably when stopped on idle too),the fan should come on.

    sorry just reread the post, I was refering to the cooling fan behind the radiator...which is not the air con fan.
