alarm/kill switch in glove box vn v8 calais

How the f**k do you remove the key switch in the glove box of a vn v8 calais, any good ideas would be a great help

its way up the top from memory,the only way to get at it would be to drop the whole dash pad forward ?????????

Loosen all the dash pad and yep slide it forwards. Will take an hour or so to do.
