ok so i found a crack in the rear door small glass window bit and have today went to the wreckers and picked up a tinted one same as mine for 22$ now it was easy as anything to get out just popped out but F^$* is it hard to put in, do i have to take the whole door off or can i get it in while the door is on
i tried for about 2 hours in the sun burning my hands and got fed up and came on here.
any help would be appreciated thx
mate if I can remember rightly the rubbers come out don't they? then the whole thing fits back in..
could be wrong though, sicaflex is good stuff for rubbers an windows, if you think you can push it back in with the rubbers in the door try some silicon or warm soapy water, as a bit of lube.
might help,
cheers

i think you have to take out the window runner to get the small window in/out .
you will have to remove the window winder inner door handle and door trim .
pull back the rubber on the door frame and there will be a screw. remove the screw and i think there is another one on the door runner half way down then the runner can be removed and the window installed
