Ok, here is my problem, i have a dim brake light (top one on drivers side) and i have no idea what is causing it. i have swapped globes around with the other brake lights and it makes no difference, so i know it is not the globe. i have wire brushed the connection to the globe to get any dirt or rust out and that didn't work either. i have no idea where to look next, if anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix it please tell me, any help would be appreciated.
dont know much bout vn's/vp's but it seems like its a problem on all of them...i have seen very few with all brakes lights woking properly.
i'd say it would be a bad earth problem so check all the earths in the rear...
i had a prob where when i hit the brakes the indicator would come on haha, ended up being a tiny solder joint in the brake light harnes
Did you check if you lens on the light aint dirty, after all those years it can get dirty.
