VP Damage
Friend of mine ran his VP off the road, it crashed into a kerb and completely pushed the left rim in to the point where he cannot even turn the wheel properly, hence its wrecked just sitting there it also picked up a nice yellow sticker that night.
Anways he reckons he can fix it and within reason too, the cops who stickerd it reckon hes done thousands of damage and I do too if hes ****ed the chassis or w/e and he cant even turn the wheels.
So I ask you ppls opinion for an average VP v6 this is a write off id say eh?

Of course it's a "write off"
But you can go to the local wrecking yard and sometimes if you are lucky find a mint straight VN or VP that someone just didn't want anymore and swap all the stuff you have that's better onto that, they will sell you a complete VN/P for like 500 bucks or something

Hard to say with no pictures at a guess a z bar and strut rack maybe bottom arm and k-frame. And a commodore doesent have a chassis and it gives me the poos when people say they have. just my dummy spit 4 the day sorry bout that.

Cant get pics as the car wont be seen again by me, its ok it aint my car so i dont care but he seems to think it wont cost much to fix it even though under his left arch is just totally ****ed, he actually bent his metal rim inward and now the tyre is scraping on the side of the car and cant be turned properly, i just wanted to know if you guys had known/dealt with this prob to give an estimate

Dealt with what problem? We cant see whats bent so we dont know whats needs to be fiex or if it can be fixed...lol.
