Harmonic Balancer removal?

I know its probably been on here tons but after a day of workin on the VH for a completely different issue I wanna know how to take off the harmonic balancer of a VN. Ive tried with a breaker bar..rattle gun and it still wont budge..Only want to do it to replace the CAS which im guessin once the balancer is off is fairly straight foward. Thanks
