hmmmm maybe it thinks u have no fuel....
My level 3 dash is beeping at me for some unknown reason
Its like 2 beeps then 3 quick beeps... When im driving or taking off or idling, whenever it damn feels like it!
Does anyone know or have a list of reasons why the cluster is meant to beep so that I can cross them off one by one?

Hand brake can do it - Have you got a VN Calais cluster?? I had 3 in the wagon over a short time as one kept beeping - found out it was a VP cluster.... So I pulled the little round beeper thingo and we played cricket with it and beep no more...

most likely an electrical issue or a short somewhere
i'll be driving along, and the fuel, spd and coolant light will start flicking and beeping at me
then stops, then starts again
check all the plugs. it helped when i changed the battery terminals as they were old as hell
I have had the same deal on a level 2 cluster, the attention light comes on (the one that looks like the shape of Victoria with an exclamation point in it) for well over a year now, nothing has gone wrong really.

No, looks more like the shape of Victoria to me. I'd hate to have one shaped like QLD though, may as well just slam my car into a wall and get it over with
Yeah the engine light has been going on and off for over a year now. No probs. It seemed to do it after i had the chip tuned. Apparently it's a common problem.

i also had the same problem. about a month ago. holden in all theyre smarts must have wired some sort of relay. because if your handbrake globe isnt connected properly you will always get a random beep. i drove with it for a month until i worked out the problem. but this was on a vr same thing i think. if not just try all the possibilities. there are about 6 let me know if you want them i have them in a book. somewhere.
i had the same problem just last month.. one of the tracks for the handbrake is probably craked an it thinks that the handbrake is on or somthing.. i just scratched the paint off an re connected it with wire...its a bit more complicated then that.. but it never does it anymore.. if you need any help just pm me.. cya
awww yea an if case you think im a dodgy guy.. it was my dad that did it an hes an electrician so if you need any help just let me kno
a friend of mine who worked at holden said that the engine light (The orange one with the ! in the middle) could be related to the o2 sensor
mines been going on and off for a long time now
what really bugs me is i'll be driving, and the park brake, coolant and one more
will come on and just flash like nuts for no reason![]()
