Weird ass knockin noise!

Hey! drove may car to work this morning and when i first started it it was incredibly rough with a butload of smoke out the back! this has been happening without the smoke for a while now and for a while i just thought it idi it when it was cold. but yeaterday after work it did it as well... i did a search but nothing answerd my questions!

Any help would be muchly apriciated!

Check the injectors. A leaking injector will make it run rough and blow smoke at start up.

Cheers mate, how do the injectors come out? ill give it a go on the weekend!

Undo the bolts that hold the fuel rail and then the injectors just pull out. Which ever injector is wet would be the one that is leaking.

yeah also undo the circlips that hold em into the fuel rail before you try to
pull em out
