Installing 85L drop tank

I just bought a 2nd hand drop tank with sender. I would like to know do I need to install an external pump and dampener to the tank and where can i get the power to the for the external pump.

no, just the one pump should be fine. i hope you got the straps to go with it

clarification: it should have an internal pump
