Hell yeah thats good, but expect to fork over another 200-230 for a pully wheel to get more psi. I was offered a kit from a person on these forums for 800. But decided to do it with made up brackets. Just so i could get the intercooling and not have wasted money on the other pod style intake. Ebay is selling alot of the 5,8,10,12 psi pulley wheels atm. 5 psi is the highest he makes that still uses the clutch tho. Oh could you send me some photos of your kit, either in the car or just when you get it.
i could make these pully's for 100bucks
alot less if done in bulk
Ok well u have my interest, and im guessing a few other will get some as well, maybe you should make a topic so people can see it and show interest.
What is the MM of the pully to get around 10PSI?

Spose to be close to 82mm for 10psi 77mm for 12psi.
intercooled you need 75mm to reach 10 psi

VN lukes pulley was about 73mm for 12psi intercooled
What would be an average price for a SC-14 CRS kit?? what do they range from.

most CRS genuine kits go on ebay for about 800-1200 depending on add on etc, and you can buy em brand spankers from casltemain for $1995

oh and i'll prob get it priced for stainless 303, oh and these will be professionally CNC machined cold rolled items
Ok ill pm you now for your details ill send it to you tomorow.
should do mate, off the top of my head...
They're just about the same motor with a bit more compression and some better valvetrain stuff
I'm pretty sure you can still use your current electrics, memcal etc, might want to check memcal with someone more knowledgeable though. Different compression might mean you should run the VR map for better fuel economy.

DOnt they have an extra sensor and you would need loom and computer

Well ill just wait then, i might look at an ecotec to throw in it. If the ecotecs have better power.
While we're discussing SC14 prices, how much would an SC14 on its own, without brackets cost?
Theres a few on ebay every week at the most pay 420, delivery from perth to vic was 42 dollars so that should give you some ideas. Ive also got some brackets being made or started today ill post some pics of the brackets and diagrams if you want. They will be for vn and vps though. Ill also do a how to for the intercooler and for the sc14 to give an idea of how hard it is.
That’s a little ambitious isn’t it? A stock vn makes what 90rwkw, so scale that by (10+14.7)/14.7 = 1.65 gives 150rwkw. Assuming the charger drains no power, which it will, and the engine efficiency stays the same, which it probably wonit.
That said, if someone can show me a dyno sheet that proves me wrong, id happily take back my comments :P
