Default Injectors. S2 or VP in Series 1 VN

    Heya People,

Thinking of replacing my injectors. S1 V6 VN. Would I have any adverse reactions if I replaced them with VP grey tops or S2 VN injectors? ie Are they the same flow rate and physical size?

    Regards

    Orlando.

Should be the same size not sure on grey tops. Some S2 injectors are slighty smaller flow
Vn S1 18.55flow S2 18.25flow not a big difference and will go in.

OK, something I've been wondering for a while now is whether you need to retune anything when installing higher flow rate injectors.. Does the oxygen sensor loop have enough adjustment attached to cope with bigger injectors?? Or will it ruin fuel economy without a good tune?

Replaced my very crappy S1 injectors with VP injectors, and the old wagon has never gone better. The injectors from VN S2 to early VS are all basically the same.

just replace them with the same if u dont want to run lean, i put sum slightly bigger onse in mine, thru it on dyno n it was a bit on the lean side.

I thought it was rich as when i started the car i could smell the fuel out the ars, but it was only on start up it was rich.

I would just take ur onse to a ultra tune or sumwhere that ultrasonically cleans them to new.

Dont muck with bigger injectors unless ur goin to get a retune done

I't wont cope and it will run about 20% richer and make less power
