it's easy. for the rear there are 2 nuts in the boot and then simply pull the bumper off. for the front you need to remove your headlights and grille to get to the bar where the bumper sits. once your headlights are out, put your head over the engine bay and look towards the bumper and you will see some bolts. there are 4 in total. once they are removed, the bumper pulls off forward. if you need more help i'll make pictures!

yeah the rear is pretty straight forward but here i uploaded a photo of the front, this is the bar that the bumper bolts on to. obviously you access the bolts from the other side but i have highlighted in green where they are:

here you go. in green i pointed to the location of the nuts. the red arrows show you how to take the bumper off, just pull it!

    Dont take your headlights out....

Just take the whole reobar and aerofoil off...

ie, just undo the massive 19mm bolts(x4) holding the irons on and pull the bar off.

Much easier... you can take the irons off if you need to later... saves on alignment issues.

Trust me do what Levy said. Alot easier, the 19mm bolts on the reo are tighter then a virgin, and really hard to get to. We took our bumper off using Levy's method, then remove the reo, to much ****ing around otherwise.

Some people put screws on the sides to hold it, dont ask me why, i think its something to do with making it allign better. Check you dont have screws in the side. Also Sometimes its own weight can make it tight to, so get another person on the other side, and kinda lift up a bit and slide back if that makes sense, Your trying to take the weight off the bracket.

If it has mudflaps on it, they are screwed through the bumper and into the body. Also, I think there are two screws in the top corners of the bumper where it meets the body above the rear wheels.

you guys have some odd methods of taking off the bumper. i got my bumper off without removing the headlights or the reo bar.
    - take off centre grille, you can get to the two centre bolts that way.
    - crawl under the front of the car, no need for a jack, and look for the other two bolts and get a socket wrench up there.
simple. youll get if off in 5 minutes, and dont need to take apart the front of your car

The 19mm reo bolts (metal bar attached to plastic aerofoil) are easy as to get off, and cos there is a mounter and an aligner, it makes putting it back on alot easier.

    This isnt a hard process.

I can strip my front end in not even 3 mins.

    aZk.

Yeah the pic Levy posted about the rear bar is simple, take off the 2 nuts and just pull and the bar comes off, yours maybe a little stuck like mine at first but only those 2 bolts hold the rear bar in, its just as easy to put it back on perfect too, just remember to retighten them up as hard as possible or the bumper wont look 100% straight
