    Default kickdown cable

, i am half way through the job of changing over throttle bodies ( as per previous post ) , all i got left is to take the k-down cable off of the old accelerator plate, does the plastic thing holding the cable just snap of the pin ?, i dont wanna brake it , and the new t/b has got no pin/mounting bush for it, anybody know how to remove replace ? , thanks.................

sounds like your new throttle body could be off a vr/vs
