Default A couple of questions when converting to manual

    Hi guys,
Just have a few questions about when im converting my VP to a manual.
Is there any problems I should look out for while doing the conversion?
So far it seems like its pretty straight forward to me, except for the wiring from the gearbox where do I wire it up to?
And I haven't got any fly wheel bolts where could I purchase these from?
Also I have cruise control and I have heard it does not work in manual VP's, there was also a thread covering this but I cant seem to find it anymore..
So any ideas on how to have cruise control working with a manual?
    Cheers.

Wiring from the gearbox where do I wire it up to?
This plugs into a harness under the radio.

    Fly wheel bolts
    Holden Spares.

Cruise control and I have heard it does not work in manual VP's.
If you have the correct harness for the gearbox it shouldn't be an issue, as the sendors on the box will input into the ECU and should then in theory be the same as an auto (not 100%)

    RE: Wiring

Easy, get the manual harness and replace it with the auto one. Its located under the stero near the gear lever...

Cruise is harder as youll need to make a clutch switch, talk to the member on here "markovr" he has solved the issue of this and may be able to help.

things to look out for? The pedal box is really hard to install in that it is just a pain... best to do it while car is still an auto and just have a useless pedal for awhile... takes the edge off the conversion.

    aZk.

Pedal Box is easy just undo a few screws and the fuse panel and pull it round sideways
Easy Access then, from my conversion (4 hours to do, 2 people)
