Default :bang:Code 15 - Coolant temperature Sensor - Voltage Too High

just got my new engine in and running! thermo fan is coming on shortly after starting, now where near operating temperature, logging Code 15 - Coolant temperature Sensor - Voltage Too High

is it easier to just swap it or will there be a wiring issue behind this problem?
