Need a quote on VP parts.

Hi guys,

I had a sadistic police officer defect my car the other week for 4 problems that he thought needed fixing but turns out they didn't but when i got the blue slip i have a few other things that need doing now so here is what i need and just wanting a rough price range for these parts.

1. Front Disc brakes
2. Rear traling arm bushes (lower fron and upper bushes) so im guessing easier to replace the whole thing with second hand parts
3. front muffler
4. rear shocks
5. Both top front strut bearing mounts (are they the rubber bits in the top??)

you should read his post better, hes chasing prices, not the actual parts



1. rotors? $60 ish each, on special at autobarn at the moment(plug for work ), pads $25-$40 for a set of fronts
2. cant remember prices atm
3. see no.2
4. normally around $130 for monroes, on special aswell i think, around $100 the pair
5. around $100 the pair from memory.

front muffler im guessing your refferring to centre muffler, the rectangular one. about 75 non trade.

muff will be around $80 for ok brand... bushes will be $30 at the MOST..

troy was pretty spot on with the rest...

Labour is the killer though.
