Heater core pipes bent can i replace?

i have a heater core out of a calais and am doing digital climate control conversion.
I have a problem since its all in a working fine the pipes running to the tap for the heater wont go back on properly since the end of the heater core is bent and stuff.
It came out of the calais like that and is causing me a headache because whenever i do them up the bottem one leaks no matter how tight or far i put the hose in.
Is there any way i can swap the piping with my old heater core since the pipes are fine.


Update! - Got the core out of my old on in less than 5 minutes will be putting it in th new one tomorrow

try some loctite No.3 the non hardening 1 on the pipes that stuff works a treat
