Doesn't matter. Only the Y pipe is different from auto to manual, the header sections are the same.
Are they but they so i could buy an auto y pipe and put it on? the manual and auto extractors. i asked the guy and the exhaust place and he said that the Y pipe wont bolt up to the auto and manual extractors but yeah.

how different are the Y pipes? from auto to manual cause i looked at it in the picture and didnt look right, the bend on the Y peice coming from left bank wasnt a 90* angle it was like 120* or something probly confusing u all lol

Just spoke to Pacemaker myself, the Y pipe is actually the same on the V6, the only difference is the RHS header, the manual headers will still fit the auto but it will just be a bit tighter thats all.
So it all should bolt up? will it rattle and carry on tho?

take it to SPS (San Mateo performance systems) and get them to fit it

I have Pacemaker Coneovers on my VN SS V8 Auto.Crossmember had to be slightly cut out to allow cnr of right handside Y piece to clear.that was from a Pacemaker Distributor and Fitter. Then crossmember was spot welded to keep integrity of crossmember. No problems there but Y piece has to be dissasembled from exhaust and cat each time you service the gearbox
