Blinker Problem

i just finished putting my cd player and system in my car and went for a drive and was told that when i indicate my hazards come on.

when i got back home i tested it and when i put both the right and left blinker on the hazards come on and when turn or take them off they turn off again. this only happens when the hazard button is pushed in and when it is not pressed neither blinker works.

i have checked the fuses and everything is fine and changed over the blinker module and that hasnt fixed the problem. i really cant figure it out.

I had this on my VN, dunno what it was, took it to a sparky, they took the dash apart and couldn't find anything and then put it back together and it stared working normally, didn't charge me either
