vn calais central locking problem

Hey guys, i have swaped over basicly all the loom from the calais into my car and i have a slight problem, i started putting the loom for the electric side mirrors, electric windows and central locking in.
I have all the loom in and i have started on the drivers door. window works fine then i started on the central locking for the drivers door had it closed with a screwdriver to see if it would work with the remote and nothing happened.
I have all 3 boxes pluged in (2 on the passenger side and 1 near the fuses) that the loom runs to and also the on the connects it up to the main loom.
I am seriously beat i also have another calais to use as a diagram but everythings the same.
They did work when i pulled them out of the calais originally. Anyone have any ideas???

EDIT - i also have the theft box pluged in above the actual glove box (pain in the ass to put in when you have the dash already half in aswell)
