Default Opinions Needed: P/Coat or Paint Rims Black Y/N

    Hey Guys,

I v been looking at my wheels lately and noticing they becoming rough. I have the ability to fill the chips and dents at work with my TIG welder and i was thinking about doing this then getting them Bead Blasted and Either Powder coated or 2k Sprayed High Gloss Black. Not sure how this would look on my car though.

Just Want some Opinions please Iv attached a pic

Nah polished rims look gay, HOWEVER black might not really work too well with your silver highlights, they would stand out too much. Think of every busted neglected commo on 15" black stockies.

But you never know, if they are a nice gloss black it could look awesome!! Either way you decide I'm very interested to see the result!!

Also think about the option of black rims with whitewalls, that could be an idea.

At least you have rims that can be repaired easily... Last owner was ruthless on my 19s too, but they're a machined lip. Makes repairs a bit tricky I think.

    lol!

Yeah I'll have to ask a proper rim repair joint about my stupid gutter smashes... hell I shouldn't complain too much, got the rims for an absolute bargain purely because one was badly kerbed
