I have a problem with my VP's central locking.

I suspect I have to replace the drivers side key lock as I have to turn the key in the lock right to the end of it's travel and hold it there with a fair amount of pressure before it unlocks. But when I do lock it the locks on all the doors except the drivers one immediately pop up again. This happens several times then they stay locked. What could that be?
