Hey as the title says i need some help/info in setting up my swirl tank, i know how you set them up and the way they flow just need some info on what pumps to use, the first one i have been told doesnt need to be a high pressure pump just enough to refill the swirl tank. But i just bought a new fuel pump and dont really wanna remove it (guessing it wasnt a performance pump anyway). Think its possible to use it?
After the swirl tank i need another pump, it needs to be a external obviously any suggestions or anyone done it?
it doesn't really matter what type of pump you use as the lift pump from the main tank to the swirl pot as long as it has enough volume required to run the engine. certainly wouldn't hurt to use a high volume low pressure pump as the lift pump but obviously you will need a hi pressure pump to feed the engine. at the end of the day you need to work out what sort of power your aiming for and then get a pump to suit. don't forget to allow a safety margin in the supply

Well it has a rising rate fuel regulator also. The setup is being made so i can run my SC14 s/c on 10-12 psi. So i could just use my normal fuel pump thats there now and go for a higher flow now from swirl tank forward.
Anyone have diagrams or instructions on connecting up a malpassi rising rate fuel reg?
