They are very gay on a street car. If the car is stirctly for track work, maybe they'd be ok. But while on the street, they should only be left for prestige muscle cars (XY GT's, etc)

Is your boonet support broken? If so get some gas struts much better bonnet modification.

Is your bonnet latch and spring broken or do you just want some kind of 70's look.

Personally i think it would ruin your bonnet and the simple clean lines of the VN.
