if its a series 1 u'll find u'll b limited 2 rim choice but if its a series 2 ur in luck u may just need some wheel spacers on the rears depending wat rims u get.

Most reputable wheel and tyre dealers would know that information.

actually ud b supprised how many dont i went throught countless companies tryin 2 find out if the rims on my VP would fit (among others) no1 could answer all would say its a trail and error fit, now u know wat happens as soon as a tyres fitted 2 a rim dont u? only reason i found mine would was coz i rang holden them selves 2 find out wat the offsets were and like i said previous series 1 had different offsets from front 2 back series 2 were the same all round. Also remembering IRS plays a big part 2.

Series one or two,no difference.Go to the wreckers get a pair of VR/VS trailing arms and discs.Take off the VQ stuff and fit the VR/VS stuff.Easy to do and you can fit what you like with no need for unsafe spacers.I did all the reasearch and did it on my VQ without a problem. There is a thread about it somewhere in here from me.

i ended up putting vr clubbies on mine cos they were a straight fit and were perfect, also if you put spacers you will have to do fronts aswell otherwise you'll have back wheels out wide and front normal... would just look wrong

Spacers r only unsafe if u dont lengthen ur studs aswell. If series 1 and 2 make no difference y would holden and other tyre fitting companies have problems fittin/finding suitable rims? check the offsets off a series 1 over series 2.

Odyssy u dont have 2 do the fronts aswell unless u need 2 i got spacers on my rears only and my rears still sit in further than the fronts thats just how the calais and statos came out as im pretty sure they r the same.

but when i put the clubbies on my VQ the wheels stayed the same distance afaik, and i was thinkin of like my bro's car as he needed spacers on the front and so he had to put them on the back too as it just looked dicky lol

buy some new rims that are blanks then get the offsett machined to fit. mine are 35offset 19's and do not scrub whereas i put vxss 17's on the back and they scrub hard.

The offsets should be a sticky to save people an hour trying to look them up...
Just rang Holden down the road. They can't tell me the offset over the phone?? Got to go there b4 I pick the kids up to get a hard copy(to cover their own asses..)
