Default Rear Seal - rear of automatic transmission

What is the easiest way to remove the rear seal of the transmission - have new one here and its leaking really badly and its annoying. (VP Commodore V6)
    Thanks

to change you have to drop out the tail shaft...fairly easy but can be a pain.. after thats out its a matter of out with the old and in with the new. but make sure you put some gasket goo stuff between the auto houseing and the brass/metal part of teh seal only to make sure it dont leak...had that happen before.

just make sure you mark eveything so it goes back on teh same way

    good luck
