HELP car not starting!

im running open headers that are comp pacies and in limp mode and iv also got bluetop injectors and i dont know if i need a chip to be able to start it or not but if anyone could help out that would be sweet. when i start it it sounds like it just floods and it wont start again.
the standard chip is broken and im thinking i might need a tuned one because of the bigger injectors.

could this be the reason??
