axle tramp?

hey guys,

in my vn (live axle) when i am accelerating i get what sounds like axle tramp from my rear left wheel, like a shuddering sound, funny thing is it happens weather im quarter- full throttle, and only in first gear? the wheel doesnt appear be tramping either. :S could a bush in the rear end be causing this?

btw: it is an open wheel std diff.

anything from rear shock absorbers, loose suspension comonents to rear wheel bearings. is it definately coming from the rear?

pretty sure it's the rear upper trailing arms... as they wear out they do what you described. The degree of this shuddering increases with accelerator application and the amount the bushes are stuffed.
