Ummm, why use Egay when you can contact him directly via this forum and do it from here. May save you a bit of cash, and you wouldn't have to go through Egay's bull****. Might be able to work out a different tune for you too.

Can I send you a V6 memcal and have it converted to be a V8 one so I can keep my original stock = yes
Does it cost more to have that done = no that's $45 only

so if i send a blank memcal its 45$ + postage capesh?

i think the easiest way to go (for you and him) is just to send him the $45 and ask him just to send you an eprom and put it in yourself, it is easy as. the hardest part is removing and fitting the plastic kick guard under the glove box lol. your car is off the road for an hour and no running back and forth to the post office.
for $45 bux, if thats what he is charging at the mo (worth more) you could not get a better upgrade.

Correct. The memcal is the entire piece you solder the eprom onto and plug into your ECU.

I agree, because Nanos, Minux and Sphinx are currently talking about Mafless tuning in the KK thread, there is ALWAYS someone wanting to know about Foamy's tunes, and it could be helpful for n00bs who don't know about memcals and eproms. Maybe make a sticky thread on how to fit a memcal into a VN - VS ECU etc too.
