im trying to find out if theres any chev model that would hav the same steering colum as a VQ STATESMAN... reason being, iv found a steering wheel i want... it a chaIN link one! anyone thats seen cheech n chong will know what im talkin bout....
BUT its american and wont fit the boss kits over here, so i need to use a chev one that will fit my stato... iv been told alot of boss kits for chevs will fit a holden, but i dont know what model...
so if anyone knows out there knows it would b a great help...
Why wouldnt it fit the boss kits over here? Momo, Isotta, all the other international brands sell the same wheels in Australian and US markets and our boss kits still work for those.
I think you'll find any chev boss kits that used to fit were pre-commodore parts (i.e. WB).
Since the commodore, everything was opel sourced so if anything we'd have matching boss kits with some opel models.
Perhaps see what the chev model boss kits look like, try and get a picture and see what the difference is.
hq fits commodore..... we had a VH standard wheel on dads q while it was being built
its now running a momo wood grain and i think it may have a commodore boss kit on actually
