Ok, thought i would try and fix this problem as i get complaints about it.
To start ill tell you what the car is like LIGHTS ON and BRAKES OFF.
The 2 bottom rear lights will be on, the 2 above that sligtly dimmer and the parcel shelf light will be the same brightness as them.
(taken to sets of photos one with and one without flash i dont know what turned out better)
Now for LIGHTS ON and BRAKES ON.
The 2 bottom rear lights will be brighter inicating brakes, the 2 above will be OFF and the parcel shelf will be brighter indicating brakes aswell.
I have my theories but with out knowing the wiring or having a diagram im lost.
Thanks.

go buy a new tailight lume from gmh and plug it in, jobs doneyour lights have rusted globe holders normally due to leaking lenses

There's no corrosion on the globe holder's at all.

Ok then try running a sepparate earth to the lights that are at fault,or make sure that the earthing lug is touching the globe base in all 4 lights
